1. Introduction

Welcome to Home Horizon Hub ("we," "our," or "us"). We are a home renovation and remodeling company based at 3005 W 6th Hwy, Delta, Utah, 84624. By engaging our services, visiting our website, or submitting any inquiry forms, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services or website.

2. Services Provided

Home Horizon Hub provides the following home renovation and remodeling services to residential clients in and around Delta, Utah:

• Plumbing Upgrades — including pipe replacement, fixture installation, and water system modernization
• Window Replacement — energy-efficient window installation and replacement
• Door Replacement — interior and exterior door installation and replacement
• Roof Renovation — complete roof replacement, repair, and maintenance
• Waterproofing Services — basement, foundation, and structural waterproofing solutions
• Insulation Installation — attic, wall, and crawl space insulation services

All services are performed by licensed and insured professionals. We reserve the right to refuse service to any client for any lawful reason.

3. Estimates and Quotes

We provide free, no-obligation estimates for all potential projects. Estimates are based on:

• Information provided by the client during initial consultation
• Physical inspection of the property by our team
• Current material and labor costs at the time of estimation
• Scope of work as understood at the time of inspection

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices may change after this period due to fluctuations in material costs. Final pricing will be detailed in a written agreement before work commences.

4. Project Agreements

Once a quote is accepted, a formal written agreement will be prepared detailing:

• Complete scope of work
• Total project cost and payment schedule
• Estimated timeline and milestones
• Materials to be used
• Warranty information
• Any specific conditions or exclusions

Both parties must sign the agreement before any work begins. Any changes to the scope of work after signing will be documented in a written change order and may affect the total cost and timeline.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Payment Schedule

Typical payment schedules for projects are structured as follows, though specific terms may vary based on project scope:

• Deposit: 25-30% of total project cost due upon signing the agreement
• Milestone Payments: Progress payments at agreed-upon project milestones
• Final Payment: Remaining balance due upon project completion and client approval

5.2 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash
• Personal or business checks (with valid ID)
• Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
• Bank transfers and ACH payments

5.3 Late Payments

Payments not received within 7 days of the due date may be subject to a 1.5% monthly late fee. We reserve the right to suspend work on any project with overdue payments until the account is brought current.

6. Project Timeline

Estimated timelines provided in project agreements are based on normal working conditions and may be affected by:

• Weather conditions, particularly for exterior work
• Availability of specified materials
• Change orders or modifications requested by the client
• Discovery of unforeseen conditions (e.g., hidden water damage, structural issues)
• Permit processing delays by local authorities
• Client-requested delays or rescheduling

We commit to communicating any timeline changes promptly and working diligently to minimize delays.

7. Warranties and Guarantees

7.1 Workmanship Warranty

Home Horizon Hub provides the following workmanship warranties:

• Plumbing Upgrades: 2-year warranty on labor
• Window Replacement: 5-year warranty on installation
• Door Replacement: 3-year warranty on installation
• Roof Renovation: 5-year warranty on workmanship
• Waterproofing Services: 5-year warranty on labor
• Insulation Installation: 2-year warranty on installation

7.2 Material Warranties

Material warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers and vary by product. We will assist clients in registering manufacturer warranties but are not responsible for manufacturer warranty claims or denials.

7.3 Warranty Exclusions

Warranties do not cover damages caused by:

• Natural disasters, including earthquakes, floods, and severe storms
• Normal wear and tear
• Improper maintenance by the homeowner
• Modifications or repairs by third parties
• Structural movement or settling of the building

8. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth project execution, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the property and project requirements
• Ensure the work area is accessible during agreed-upon working hours
• Make timely decisions on material selections and approvals
• Provide adequate parking for our vehicles and equipment
• Notify us of any concerns promptly during the project
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule
• Obtain any required HOA approvals before work begins

9. Cancellation Policy

9.1 Client-Initiated Cancellation

Clients may cancel a project at any time before work begins. If cancellation occurs after the deposit has been paid but before materials have been ordered, a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee will be issued. If materials have already been ordered, the client is responsible for the cost of those materials.

If cancellation occurs after work has begun, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the cancellation date, plus the cost of any materials ordered specifically for the project.

9.2 Home Horizon Hub-Initiated Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel a project if:

• Site conditions are significantly different from what was represented during estimation
• Client fails to make scheduled payments
• Client requests work that violates building codes or safety regulations
• Client behaves in an abusive or threatening manner toward our team

10. Liability and Insurance

Home Horizon Hub maintains comprehensive general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. Our insurance certificates are available upon request. We are not liable for:

• Pre-existing conditions discovered during the project that were not visible during inspection
• Damage to personal property not removed from the work area
• Utility outages caused by hidden wiring or plumbing issues
• Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control

Clients are encouraged to maintain their own homeowner's insurance throughout the duration of the project.

11. Permits and Inspections

Home Horizon Hub will obtain all necessary permits for work that requires them. Permit costs are included in the project quote unless otherwise specified. We will coordinate all required inspections with local building authorities. Final payment is not due until all inspections have passed.

12. Website Use

By using our website, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when submitting forms
• Not use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Not attempt to disrupt or compromise website security
• Not reproduce website content without written permission
